Founder & CEO / Hair Stylist / Makeup Artist

Reilly has been doing hair and makeup professionally since 2014 after obtaining her cosmetology license. She worked as a makeup artist for the prestigious makeup company,Too Faced, for 5 years. In the past six years, Reilly has specialized exclusively in wedding hair and makeup - approaching 500 weddings performed! Reilly and her amazing team of professionals are eager to make your dream look a reality for your special day!

Martine Hagans

Makeup Artist

Martine has found her true passion in bridal makeup, and it’s been the most rewarding experience. Being part of this fantastic team for the past three years has enabled her to help brides, bridesmaids, and anyone who sits in her chair feel beautiful on their big day. Martine can’t wait to be part of your special moment and create a look that’s perfect for you!

Heidi Musick

Hair Stylist / Extension Specialist

Heidi has spent the last four years as a licensed cosmetologist making hair dreams come true at her home salon, the MM Salon, along with providing hair services for brides with Beauty for Ashes for the past three years. She came into the beauty industry because she truly loves helping her clients see their most beautiful selves. It means the world to her that her clients trust her with their hair, and often on one of the most important and special days of their lives!

Makeup Artist / Esthetician / Spray Tanning Artist

Kendall is a licensed esthetician and professional makeup artist with a strong foundation in both luxury beauty services and clinical med spa environments. Having completed over 170 weddings, Kendall brings extensive experience, professionalism, and a calm, confident presence to every client interaction. She believes that a beautiful makeup application begins with healthy, well-cared-for skin, which is why her approach blends artistry with skin-focused expertise.

Beauty for Ashes was inspired from this scripture, which describes the fulfillment that comes from Jesus exchanging our sin, sorrow, depression, insecurity, fear, and spiritual death for His forgiveness, love, peace, joy, confidence, and eternal life. Reilly and her team have experienced this transformation personally through their relationships with Jesus. Since giving their lives to Jesus, Reilly and her team have been crowned with His beauty and are passionate about using their God-given talent of hair styling, makeup artistry, spray tanning and esthetics, to crown other women with Gods beauty too.
